1. Complimentary Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on every order.
2. Final Sale Items 
All items purchased on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges,  refunds, or site credit. 
3. Return Shipping Fee
A flat rate of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.
4. Return Time Frame
To be eligible for a refund,  you must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order. 
Upon approval of your return, a return label will be provided. 
You must drop off the items and have them scanned by the 10th day from the original delivery date. 
If we cannot track the return by day 10, the items will be considered final sale and cannot be returned anymore. 
5. Try-On Recommendation
We encourage you to try on all purchased items promptly upon receipt to ensure sufficient time for returning items if necessary. 
6. Post-7 Days Policy
After 7 days from the date of delivery, all orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
7. Condition of Returned Items
Items being returned must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. 
All labels, tags, and bar codes must remain attached to the returned items. 
8: Required Documentation
Please ensure that your return package includes a packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email to facilitate the processing of your return.

If your return meets the outlined criteria, and, following receipt and inspection at our warehouse, the items are confirmed to be in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
